"I boarded my senior dog here over the weekend. He does not normally do well in boarding situations. He’s also not dog friendly. He was so happy at PetSuites! He was relaxed, had a good time, and was not stressed at all. In fact, he was so happy that he broke my heart a little bit, didn’t even look back when he walked away with the attendant. They looked after his needs, they gave him the attention that he wanted. I couldn’t be more happy with their service!"

Our Daycare Review
"PetSuites is one of the best pet daycare and boarding facilities that I have experienced in the US. While in Charlotte on business I was blessed to discover their location relatively close to the airport and minutes south of Uptown. Most importantly, my Packer loves going there. The staff all know him as they know every pup (and cat) that comes through the doors. The grounds are great and clean. Their staff makes sure that Packer gets the exercise he needs through the day. I cannot recommend PetSuites in Charlotte enough!"

"This place is amazing! Every single person is so nice and explains everything throughly. Their groomer is absolutely the best! They do a fabulous job with our golden doodle. They call every time to make sure what we want for our pup and is so accommodating. They let me know as soon as he is done and ready to be picked up. I honestly can’t say enough good things!"

Our first visit was free and when arrived after Bella had a day there for daycare she was happy to see us and well taken care of. The process was easy and the staff was uber friendly and helpful.
